In terms of material innovation, novel ceramic materials-such as zirconium-doped barium titanate-have been developed to boost dielectric strength to 200 kV/cm. Regarding structural optimization, three-dimensional stacked MLCC technology has broken through capacitance limits, enabling high capacitance within a compact form factor. Driven by automotive-grade requirements, applications in new energy vehicles have accelerated the widespread adoption of 125°C high-voltage MLCCs.

Industry trends indicate that 100 kV-class high-voltage ceramic capacitors have entered mass production, featuring a 40% reduction in volume and a capacitance level reaching 150% of that offered by traditional solutions. Regarding advancements in patented technology, Kunshan Qingyuan Electronics filed a patent application in 2024 (Publication No. CN 119340108 A), which enhances breakdown strength by precisely controlling the composition of the dielectric material and maintaining a layer thickness within the 5–15 mm range.
