The company was established in 1998 and produces semiconductor ceramic capacitors (low-voltage capacitors), accounting for 60% of the domestic supply in the household appliance industry. In 2004, it began producing third harmonic piezoelectric ceramics, providing piezoelectric ceramic pieces and ultrasonic transducer pieces for most of the domestic ceramic crystal oscillator industry. In 2010, it started producing medium and high voltage ceramic capacitors, and since 2016, it has been collaborating with Tsinghua University, Tianjin University, Shandong University, and others to research and produce ultra-high voltage ceramic capacitors. It was renamed Jiangyin Furida High Voltage Ceramic Capacitor Co., Ltd., and serves as a designated production base of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

The product is applied in high-voltage electrostatic precipitators (smoke removal) equipment, coal power plant desulfurization, tar removal (electrostatic capture) equipment, electrostatic spraying equipment, high-voltage generator equipment, high-voltage voltage multiplier circuits, Marx circuits, electron accelerators, electron colliders, laser equipment, X-ray nondestructive testing machines, X-ray medical equipment, security inspection equipment, high-voltage power grid metering sensors, high-to-low voltage circuits, high-voltage divider circuits, primary and secondary grid integration equipment, and in various electrical circuits for filtering, resonance, coupling, and other functions.

Two large high-temperature sintering tunnel kilns, four high-temperature bell furnaces, two high-temperature drawer furnaces, eight fully automatic hydraulic presses, one soldering production line, one epoxy resin encapsulation production line, and two automatic inspection lines. Two sets of DC ultra-high voltage testing equipment and two sets of AC high-voltage testing equipment.
