Our High-voltage cylindrical ceramic capacitor adopts an axially symmetrical cylindrical ceramic body structure, which is the core preferred component for high-voltage series circuits and voltage doubling modules. The cylindrical structure has uniform axial electric field distribution and strong impact voltage resistance. It supports multiple products connected in series and stacked to form a high-voltage capacitor string, which can flexibly realize circuit configuration of higher voltage levels, and is widely adapted to various high-voltage generating devices. Relying on the factory's mature isostatic pressing molding and high-temperature sintering processes, the ceramic body of this High-voltage cylindrical ceramic capacitor has uniform density and no internal hidden crack defects, with excellent axial insulation performance and strong reliability under long-term high-voltage working conditions. At present, it has been supplied in batches to domestic high-voltage generator and laser power supply manufacturers, and is also exported to the European Union, North America and other overseas regions.

This High-voltage cylindrical ceramic capacitor covers multiple voltage and capacitance specifications, supports various lead-out forms such as axial leads and bolt terminals, and can be adjusted according to customers' assembly needs. The factory is equipped with 2 large-scale high-temperature sintering tunnel kilns and fully automatic hydraulic molding equipment, with a monthly production capacity of 200,000 pieces. It has stable large-scale supply capacity and can meet the batch order needs of large customers. The terminal electrode of the product is treated with a special sealing process, with excellent moisture-proof and anti-oxidation performance. It can operate stably for a long time in industrial environments with high humidity and much dust. It is a highly reliable supporting component in the field of environmental protection equipment and industrial power supplies, and also a core promoted product category for overseas agents to expand industrial customers.

It is mainly used in high-voltage voltage doubling circuits, high-voltage generators, laser power supplies, Marx pulse circuits, high-voltage capacitor string components, electrostatic dust removal equipment, tar trapping devices, electron accelerator high-voltage modules and other scenarios, especially suitable for high-voltage circuit configurations that require multiple series connections for voltage boosting, undertaking core circuit functions such as energy storage, voltage boosting and filtering.

We have 17 years of R&D and production experience in high-voltage ceramic capacitors, are a designated ultra-high voltage ceramic capacitor production base of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and have long carried out industry-university-research cooperation with Tsinghua University, Tianjin University and other universities, with profound technical R&D heritage. The factory has two production bases, equipped with 2 large-scale high-temperature sintering tunnel kilns, 4 high-temperature bell jar furnaces, 8 fully automatic hydraulic presses and multiple automated packaging and testing production lines, realizing full-process independent production from ceramic material preparation to finished product delivery. In response to the large-scale production demand of cylindrical capacitors, we have built an exclusive automated production line with high product parameter consistency and sufficient monthly production capacity, which can stably undertake large-batch orders and urgent replenishment orders.

We support FOB trade terms. For conventional standard High-voltage cylindrical ceramic capacitors, the payment method is 30% advance payment and 70% balance paid before delivery; for customized products, the payment method is 50% advance payment and 50% balance paid before delivery. We support settlement in both US dollars and RMB, and can provide corresponding settlement documents according to customer needs. For bulk purchase orders and long-term cooperative agent customers, we provide tiered price discounts. The larger the purchase volume, the stronger the preferential intensity, fully ensuring the profit space of cooperative partners.
