The whole production process adopts isostatic pressing molding and segmented temperature-controlled sintering process. The whole process from ceramic powder formula preparation to finished product testing is completed independently. Quality Control

In addition to the full-process quality inspection requirements of the ISO9001:2015 quality management system, three exclusive processes are additionally added: internal injury detection of large-size ceramic bodies, end face flatness detection and special partial discharge test. All finished products undergo 100% full inspection before delivery, covering core indicators such as withstand voltage strength, capacitance accuracy, dielectric loss, insulation resistance and partial discharge. We are equipped with special ultra-high voltage testing equipment and high-precision testing instruments to ensure that each product meets the use requirements of ultra-high voltage scenarios. We support on-site inspection by third-party institutions and fully cooperate with all testing and verification.
Payment Terms
We support FOB trade terms. For conventional standard HV Disc-shaped Ceramic Capacitors, the payment method is 30% advance payment and 70% balance paid before delivery; for customized non-standard products, the payment method is 50% advance payment and 50% balance paid before delivery. We support settlement in both US dollars and RMB, and can provide corresponding settlement documents according to customer needs. For bulk purchases and long-term cooperative agent customers, we provide a tiered price discount policy. The higher the purchase volume, the greater the preferential intensity, fully ensuring the profit space of cooperative partners. All cooperation shall sign a formal purchase and sales contract to clarify rights, responsibilities and delivery standards.
