These ceramic safety capacitor ones use SL-grade ceramic material, and they're basically there to protect high-voltage power systems and industrial control gear. How Are They Made?

We use eco-friendly SL ceramic material-RoHS-compliant, all good there. The ceramic dielectric goes through multi-stage sintering, so reliability's solid. Capacitance doesn't move much: -40°C to +20°C, variation is +2.0%. +20°C to +80°C? -2.5%. Then there's white epoxy resin coating-high dielectric strength, resists corrosion well. So these things hold up against the elements for a long time.

The Specs: Low Capacitance, Low Loss, Can Customize

Capacitance range is 5pF to 20pF, tolerance ±10%. Rated for 50kV operating voltage-surge protection goes over 75kV. Insulation resistance is over 200,000 MΩ, so leakage current is basically nothing.
